  1. Squats: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, lower your body as if you were sitting back in a chair, and stand back up. Repeat for 3 sets of 10–15 reps.
  2. Push-ups: Place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart, keep your body straight, and lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor. Push yourself back up and repeat for 3 sets of 10–15 reps.
  3. Plank: Get into a push-up position, but instead of lowering yourself down, hold yourself up in a straight line from your head to your heels for as long as you can.
